Lower Dolpo Trekking is outstanding trekking in the isolated area of west Nepal where Lower Dolpa trekking can also be done even in the mid-monsoon as it lies in the rain shadow area formed by the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges. Dolpo region also known as Karnali offers opportunities to visit ancient villages like Tarakot, Tarap, Dho, high passes, beautiful lakes, isolated Buddhist Monasteries and various rare and endangered species of wildlife and plants, wildlife like Blue sheep, Mountain Goat, etc are found in lower Dolpo.

Lower Dolpa trek is recommended for physically fit people and best months to trek in the lower dolpo area are from April to November. December can be a bit risky as the pass is covered by snow.

Day 08 Trek to Baga La Base Camp.
Day 09 Trek to Numla Base Camp
Day 10 Trek to Kakar Gompa
Day 11 Trek to Dho Tarap
Day 12 Rest day at Dho Tarap
Day 13 Trek to Big Cave
Day 14 Trek to Lahini
