Mr. Nar Bahadur Gautam, Managing Director of Narba Treks and Expeditions, has been involved in the tourism sector since 1988. Prior to founding Narba Treks and Expeditions, Nar worked with multiple trekking agencies and handled many large trekking groups within Nepal.

In 2009, Nar established his own trekking company, named Narba Treks and Expeditions. Narba Treks and Expedition’s quality services include handling school projects from the UK, Canada, France and Japan such as Teaching Helping Found.

When it comes to venturing on adventures and engaging in daring activities, it is best to leave things at the hands of accomplished, capable and veteran individuals who have years of experience being an adventurer themselves. Such an expert and a true veteran, when it comes to trekking in the splendid and menacing trails of the Himalayas; Founder and Managing Director of the company Mr. Nar Bahadur Gautam. Prior to launching Narba treks and expeditions,He had more than 25 years of experience under his leadership. With the continuous motivation of the fellow trekkers and clients that he came across along the way, he opened Narba Treks and Expeditions in 2009. The spirit and zeal of trekking not only in him but in his family as well. Something interesting to recall is the fact that his father worked with a legendary mountaineer, Sir Edmund Hillary back in 1952. Sir Edmund Hillary is a first person to step at the top of the Mt. Everest.

He undertook his first trek in 1989 with a group of Japanese filmmakers to the magnificent hills of Ghandruk. His first ever trek to Ghandruk amidst the narrow trails and the Himalayan panorama left such a huge and lifelong impact on him that trekking started becoming his passion, which eventually led him to work with several trekking agencies before starting his own company in 2009.Over the 9 years of running Narba Treks and Expeditions, he accumulated and trained a group of very talented and dedicated trekking team who have made Narba Treks and Expeditions what it is today. With core values of giving the most excellent services to our clients as well as giving back a little to the community, Narba Treks and Expeditions stand out from the crowd.

In terms of giving back to the community, we lend our hands to renovate school buildings and provide scholarships to high school students who are not financially stable. Our highest priority is to provide the best services to you. In order to accomplish that, our team is always on their toes with their welcoming nature and adequate knowledge in terms of the best trails, the most stunning viewpoints and indigenous villages with ancient and ethnic cultures. Another important thing that we highly prioritize is the safety and security of the clients during the trek. We do not want to associate ourselves with clients only once, but we would like to be your go-to trek server.

With all services related to trekking and mountaineering within Nepal, our team established a very close and friendly relationship with our clients, which is one of the reasons that our clients go home satisfied and happy.
