Trekking in Tibet

experience the best with us

Detail

Tibet is probably the only destination among the Himalayas that’s not as known for its adventure circuits as the rest are. There’s much more to Tibet than Buddhism, monasteries and cold desert-like weather.

Climate and Trekking Season In Tibet
Tibet’s high altitude and the atmosphere allow the sun’s solar radiation to strike the earth with unusual intensity. To protect your eyes and skin, you’d better to bring the sunscreen, which with a sun protection factor of 15 and sunglasses are also useful. Generally from April to October is the best season for opting a Tibet tour. But it really depends on your route and a normal winter Tibet tour schedule is quite comfortable, because in winter, the tourist rush is not much and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery freely.

The trekking routes range from easy to strenuous. You can enjoy small treks around the capital i.e., Kathmandu, along with your friends and family, or you can take an adventurous trek along the rugged mountain trails. Both of these treks will greet you with a beautiful picturesque view of lush green hills and mountain ranges.
The Himalayan trekking trails are one of the most famous trekking trails in the world. Among them, Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, and Annapurna Base Camp trek fall under the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayan regions. Manaslu Circuit Trek, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Langtang Valley Trek, Upper Mustang Trek, Kanchenjunga Base Camp trek are also some of the trekking routes you must try while you are in Nepal.
The best time for trekking in Nepal is between late September and late November (autumn) or during spring (i.e., March to May) when you are greeted with sunny days and warmer nights.
