Booking Condition
When booking a trip, make sure that you fill the booking form and make the required booking deposit. You must make payment of 25% of the total trip cost when booking a trip. As of the remaining amount, you can make the payment to us in person before the departure of the trip. However, this deposit can vary according to the destination of the trip. The trips to Nepal require payment of 25% of the total trip cost. Similarly, trips to Tibet and Bhutan require payment of 25% of the total trip cost beforehand. Also, note that the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Procedure
You can choose to make a bank transfer of the remaining amount as well. The banks accept all the major currencies (e.g. USD, Euro, GBP, SGD, CAD, AUD, INR, etc.) as per the exchange rate of the currency concerning the Nepalese Rupee (NRs). Likewise, we also accept payments via international cards including visa and debit cards.However, the respective banks will charge a 4% surcharge on payments made using such cards. This charge is imposed by the credit card payment service provider and provides consumer protection for the services.

Trip Cancellation and Amendment
The clients might have to cancel the trips due to some unforeseen circumstances. So, we have the following policies that determine the refund conditions for a trip.
100% refund (except any transaction fees) on trips that are canceled a month or more before the departure date.
50% refund (except any transaction fees) on trips that are canceled less than a month before the departure date.
In cases the travelers have to cancel the trip after their arrival in Kathmandu, there will be a refund of 80% of the total trip cost. This refund amount deducts the costs of the flight, hotel, and porter fees which are paid beforehand.
Likewise, we would like to mention that the refund payments can take 7-15 days to complete. Meanwhile, we request you to be patient during the entire process.
Similarly, for trip amendments, the company charges a certain fee as well. For trip amendments before 60 days before the trip, a cost of USD x is charged.
Likewise, for amendments made less than 60 days, the fees may vary as per your request. Please note that the cost of trip amendments is not necessarily applied by the Company. These costs can be levied upon the Company by third parties like hotels, lodges, and airlines.
Safety and Security
All travelers should be in good health and physical fitness before the beginning of the trip. As such, the Company will require a proper medical certificate from all the travelers before the departure date of the trip. Likewise, the clients must also aware us of any other health conditions at the time of booking. Thus, the company will not be responsible for any medical expenses related to the health conditions which were not informed to us before the trip. Thus, we recommend all our clients to make proper consultation with the doctors and take all the necessary measures before booking a trip with us. The clients can make additional requests to adjust to their health conditions.
